Our Autosonic™ flow testing unit allows to examine a wide range of steel and aluminium gas cylinders.  
Cylinder lenghts: 100 -1800 mm
Cylinder diameters: 80 – 267 mm
Larger (e.g. CNG cylinders) as well as smaller cylinders may be examined with some minor adaptations. Even Jumbo Tubes used on trailers can be tested using this system.

The unit is based on a modular structure and is therefore available in different layouts. This allows ideal integration in existing work processes.

Thanks to the storage facility both for the loading and unloading side, autonomous continuous testing without interruptions is guaranteed. The system detects the size of the cylinder itself, and cylinders can therefore be loaded and tested without the need for any initial sorting.

The system is controlled by a PLC which can be operated by a touch screen module and external buttons. The costs for a system upgrade are kept to a minimum.

The testing unit is equipped with a VIS/MUX Test Electronics (Test electronic-VIS) provided by GE. The Test Electronic comprehends an industrial PC on which test are performed with the Test Software UNIVIS.

Cylinder data are managed with the particularly developed software called Autosoft. We offer various methods for the Data Entry adapted to the customer’s requirements.
