Testing Systems
Autosonic™systems were developed for the ultrasonic examination of gas cylinder. Four different systems are available in various configurations and are suitable for the periodical re-testing or for the examination in manufacturing lines.
Autosonic™
Autosonic™ testing unit is suitable for the periodical re-testing and re-qualification of gas cylinders and offers a test capacity of
20 – 150,000 cylinders/year.
Autosonic™ flow
Autosonic™ flow testing unit tests gas cylinder in vertical position. This configuration allows an integration in an existing conveyor system. Scope of testing: 50 – 200,000 cylinders/year.
Autosonic™ inline
Autosonic™ inline testing unit has been especially developed for the ultrasonic examination in production lines of gas cylinders. Scope of Testing: 100 – 300,000 cylinders/year.
Autosonic™ light
Our mobile testing unit Autosonic™ light is particularly suitable if the examination/inspection is performed in different locations. Scope of Testing: 40,000 cylinders/year.
